Beside comprehensive consulting services, we provide a broad array of technical services including general civil engineering, planning, designing, and supervision of construction of various types and magnitude.
Our organization has the privilege of having been commissioned by various Government institutions, local bodies and individual clients for planning, designing, and construction of projects. These projects range from low-cost housing schemes to commercial multi-story buildings, office complexes, industrial projects, educational institutions and private houses.
We, as architects, believe in crafting space that is inspiring and memorable, rooted in culture and yet catering to the lifestyle of the contemporary multi-dimensional world. To this end, we place a great amount of emphasis on research and analysis of current trends, endeavoring to anticipate contextual change in the future.
A sustainable approach to design is also key to our process. At such a time when a severe energy crisis plagues the country, architecture has a responsibility to provide innovative solutions aimed at solving the issue.
Armed with the tool of in-depth research and a sense of responsibility towards the “bigger picture”, our designs emerge as balanced on the triple bottom line of social, economic and ecological outcome. Providing the most thought-out solution to a given project/site/program and fulfilling the high criterion we set for ourselves, is our commitment to our clients.

Mr. Qayyum Khan was part of the first graduating batch of University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore, where he secured a gold medal for academic excellence. After gaining some professional experience, he enrolled in the prestigious Architecture Association (AA) in London for a post graduate diploma. Impressed with his work and dedication, AA invited Mr. Qayyum Khan to teach in the same program after his studies were complete. A year later he returned to Pakistan for good with a sense of responsibility towards the nation.
The veteran architect has now amassed more than 50 years of experience on projects of multiple scales and scope and has based his practice on four basic premises:
Mr. Qayyum Khan is greatly inspired by the skill and craftsmanship of the local artisan. Instead of mindlessly aping the west to produce buildings that are alien to our context and lifestyle, design should address the basic needs of the end user, in his opinion. Therefore, he stresses on the importance of the vernacular, both in terms of materials and design/building methodologies. Since energy is such a major crisis in the country, Mr. Qayyum Khan is very conscious of this while designing at any scale. Building orientation, use of local material and construction methods, like cavity walls, are ways in which he strives to conserve energy.
The designs he executes are the epitome of efficiency in all possible aspects. A brick module is used to define overall proportions, for example, so that material wastage is kept to a minimum. Utilizing space up to its maximum potential is also an essential tool in Ar. Qayyum Khan’s repertoire.
Mr. Ali Khan graduated from the Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture (IVSAA), Karachi in 2008. He received a gold medal for academic excellence upon graduation and after working for two years for a well known firm in Karachi, Mr. Ali Khan headed to USA for a Masters Degree. He got admitted to University of Southern California, Los Angeles where he excelled yet again and was admitted to the Tao Sigma Delta, an honor society for architects in the US.
Upon successful completion of his post-graduate degree, Mr. Ali Khan joined Walsh Construction's Virtual Design and Construction (BIM) team and worked on the $2 billion Los Angeles International Terminal extension. This not only gave him valuable insight into an unfamiliar work environment but also educated him on the intricacies and complexities of design/construction of a large scale project.
